Flowers For A Pretty Girl

Today I planted some wild flowers in a jar.  I have them sitting in my room on my dresser with your name on the jar. <3  I will post pictures as they start to grow!  I hope that as the flowers grow your grant will too!

Dear Gwendolyn,

Hey there sweet girl,
How do you like the blog?  Is the pink alright? I had so much fun putting it together, I cannot wait to see how much money I can raise for you!  I want to give you a HUGE grant so that you have a better chance of being saved!  I have some ideas to raise some money & am excited to put them into action. I have been praying for God to list a child that just totally steals my heart, & for God to lay on my heart to help that specific child.  Guess what!  You my sweet girl?  God chose you for me!  He wanted me to help YOU!

You are oh so very special & dear to my heart!  Even though I have only "Know" you for a matter of hours, you have a HUGE place in my heart!  I wonder what your smile looks like?  I bet it's sweet & fills a room with joy!   I wonder what you would look like in a pink frilly dress with your hair pulled back with Butterfly clips? How would you feel in a mommas arms?  Would you be a busy girl or a calm & cuddly girl?  Would you have a favorite lovie blanket? Or a favorite stuffed animal?  How would you feel about bath time?   These are questions running through my mind tonight.  After "Being" there through a families entire adoption & seeing pictures and how baby Olivia changed with the love that was shown to her, I wonder how you would react.  Sweet girl...I just don't know.  You have waited 4 years.  4 long years with out love.  How could you wait anymore?  I would do anything to hug & kiss you for even just a moment.  I'm gonna try my hardest sweet girl.  I promise.  I really will.

Love Is The Movement

I created this blog to help grow Gwendolyn's grant.  I will be raising money for her until she is home safe & sound with her family! I hope that am I able to raise not only awareness for Gwendolyn but for the other orphans in need! :)

Now I will share with you a bit about Gwendolyn.

She was born with Cerebal Palsy, it most affects her in the lower portion of her body.  She is such a small girl & would very much benefit from a family.  Gwendolyn turns 4 years old this month.  Although I don't know the day I will celebrate this sweet girl everyday until the end of the month!  If I have time sometime this week I will try & make some cupcakes to Celebrate her birthday!

So shout from the roof tops for Gwendolyn, partner up beside me as we will love Gwendolyn until she has a family on their way to save her!
